About the Role:
The Revenue Operations team serves as the backbone of the Sales and Marketing organization. Acting as the “Control Tower” for sales processes, this team ensures smooth operations, insightful analytics, and optimized workflows. The role involves supporting sales efficiency, managing critical tools, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve Salesforce data integrity, including handling updates and resolving duplication issues.
- Develop and manage executive-level reports and dashboards using both internal and public data sources.
- Conduct training sessions on sales tools to ensure the team stays up-to-date on features and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Create and maintain process documentation and playbooks to streamline sales operations.
- Build automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.
- Explore and integrate emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows for better productivity.
Key Technical Skills:
Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha, Process Automation Tools (MAKE, Airtable)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Slides (or Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with process automation tools (good to have).
- Adaptability to work with emerging AI tools to improve efficiency.
